Therapy Sessions
$209.51per session
50-minutes plus 15mins prep and note taking

Please note that quality therapy services involve direct therapy sessions and non-direct activities such as documenting Progress Notes. Our therapy sessions are conducted on a 50-minute face-to-face basis, with an additional 10 minutes allocated for recording session notes, preparation and learn up.
Letter/ Reports
$100.00 -$600.00
(1page letter- 6 pages report)
Report of assessment that can be used for applications. This fee changes depending on the length of the report. Your clinician will discuss the fees with you before preparing the report.
Travel
$50.44 per 15 minutes
$100.00 per 30minutes

Please note that we charge a travel fee when we travel to your child's education setting or home.
Funding Options
National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)
Self-managed individuals. We are unable to accept NDIA managed individuals at this time
Enhanced Priamry Care plan
We are a registered Medicare provider. Individuals can claim a rebate of $56 per session for up to 5 sessions.
Private Health Insurance
Depending on your level of cover. A gap fee may still apply.
Private Paying
We accept private paying individuals for assessment and therapy.
